It's been a little over a week since BIO went live Jan. 3 on Ethereum & Binance. Then last Thursday Jan. 9, BIO officially bridged to Solana. The focus now turns to deploying Bio's liquidity protocol & launchpad cross-chain (Base included), BIO staking & curation, and launching new BioDAOs.

The focus now turns to deploying Bio's liquidity protocol & launchpad cross-chain (Base included), BIO staking & curation, and growing the Bio treasury by developing our growing network of BioDAOs (latest being Long COVID Labs).
Here's a round-up of recent updates from BIO:
- On Wednesday, $BIO went live on Solana, powered by Wormhole enabling token transfers between Ethereum & Solana and laying the groundwork for our cross-chain DeSci protocol (Base proposed next).
- New BioDAO funding model proposed where holders stake their BIO tokens to support and fund new BioDAO
- BIO oracle launched with Redstone - enabling deeper protocol integrations with DeFi / CeFi services, giving BIO and BioDAOs greater access to onchain lending, liquidity, etc.
