Bio Weekly: Aubrai Initializing, Open-Source BioAgents, Hypothesize-To-Earn
This week’s highlights: Aubrai prepares for launch, the Bio Agent framework goes open source, and the Messari report on Bio V2 is out.

Highlights from the last week in the biosphere:
- The first BioAgent, Aubrai, is launching this Monday August 25 on the Bio Launchpad. Co-developed by VitaDAO and Bio, Aubrai is trained on the unpublished lab data of longevity scientist Aubrey de Grey and as well as knowledge collected from researchers worldwide via social media, messaging platforms and the Aubrai terminal. Aubrai integrates its intelligence with onchain features for knowledge management, incentivization and experiment funding to accelerate longevity research.
- Hypothesize to Earn: As part of the upcoming Aubrai launch, BioXP is being awarded to users who yap with @Aubrai_ and generate the best longevity hypotheses, with 1M BioXP being rewarded to 5 users.
- LP Fees Surge: Bio Protocol generated over $4m in liquidity fees the past few weeks through liquidity management of $BIO/BioDAO, demonstrating power of Bio's liquidity engine to generate revenue and grow Protocol-Owned Liquidty (POL).
- Open-Source Agents: We open-sourced the BioAgent framework, enabling devs and researchers worldwide to build on BioAgents and soon deploy agents of their own across a range of scientific domains and operations. Check the code on & read the .
